1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Atlas Logos ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service includes video processing and analysis from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram using Gemini, Supabase, and n8n, an AI personal coach powered by Gemini, and subscription management via Stripe. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate social media usernames and onboarding data (e.g., mission statement, core values, audience type) for video analysis and AI personal coach training.
• Maintaining account credential confidentiality.
• All account activities, including video uploads, AI coach interactions, and subscription management.
• Notifying us at [email protected] of unauthorized account use.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and will not:

• Upload or analyze unlawful or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer or hack the Service.
• Share AI personal coach feedback or outputs in violation of these Terms or third-party policies.

5. Subscriptions and Tokens

We offer weekly and monthly subscriptions via Stripe. Upon subscribing, you receive 300 initial tokens and 25 additional tokens daily while the subscription is active. Tokens are used to access video analysis and AI personal coach features. Your data, including video analysis and onboarding data, is retained even after subscription cancellation unless you request deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the AI personal coach and its outputs, is owned by Atlas Logos and protected by law. You retain ownership of uploaded content and onboarding data but grant us a non-exclusive license to process it for video analysis and AI training. AI personal coach outputs are for personal use and may not be redistributed without permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Gemini, Supabase, n8n, and Stripe. You must comply with their respective terms. We are not liable for actions taken by these platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use, including inaccuracies in AI personal coach outputs or video analysis.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may terminate your account or subscription by contacting [email protected]. Your data will be retained unless you request deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], with disputes resolved in Tampa, Florida courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you by posting the updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
